PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Twenty 8 Layers is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Twenty 8 Layers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our preorder collection. Please review the following information before placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Preorder items require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. This timeframe includes manufacturing, processing, and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
PAYMENT
Payment for preorder items is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item. Your order will not be secured until payment has been successfully processed. -
ORDER UPDATES
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and tracking information once your order has shipped. -
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Due to the made-to-order nature of preorder items, all preorder sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once production has begun. -
COMBINED ORDERS
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available. -
DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant changes to the expected timeline.
